De-monetization :)

Demonetization...hot topic...its been a while since our country's currency was last devalued by about 30+% in a single day...let me guess...by the then ruling party administrator...given the many scams in the past decades...the poor chaps at the economic offences wing (EOW) being totally under-staffed, under-equipped and under-paid for the investigations that they do, someone I knew once told me that there is a line below which the scams though listed on the black board are never investigated because it was too many in number and not enough people to complete the investigation...! I seriously pity the investigative team here because we the common man will never understand the pains of that department...this department should be credited with the catches of many lakh crore scams in the past decade but sadly today we have lost complete faith in their abilities to do their jobs...in one stroke the current administrative leader of our country has forced a record of all possible cash transactions which now can be filtered with a simple SQL query at any banks server terminals...we can draw relationships between the various movement of money sums through artificial intelligence robots that will make the work of the EOW very efficient...not only has that much money been entered into the system with record...but the holdings of the banks have increased to such a level that the banks can actually pay off the debt that they have acquired over the years...might even help keep our conversion ratio on a better playing field...its not encouraging that people have to stand in lines for hours especially senior citizens...however the administration has issued orders to allow senior citizens to be served on independent basis so they are not affected by the long delays before getting cash...while some of our young blood is cribbing about the inconvenience...which is strange...ill bet no one wants to be in the shoes of an EOW guy whose poor status is that he knows there is a multi thousand crore scam but cant report it and cant investigate it because he does not have a team big enough to run the process or even have access to a banks terminals to run the query himself...lets pray for a more cyber secure future for these guys...lets hope they are able to punish all those offenders who have scammed people left right and center irrespective of the size of the scam...lets pray hope that the monetization is done properly with enough to pay the farmer...protect the soldier...equip the doctor...enhance the engineer...and feed the souls of those poor people who are now cribbing that they don't have enough time or money to accommodate this change...yes I stood in the queue for 2.5 hours to exchange the left overs from my pay check...all about 3.5K...and yes I did miss first half of office that day...but I am not complaining from a comfortable chair in the sidelines...I'm standing by all those departments whose life will be data rich in the future and whose prosecution will be much more accurate on judgement day...so i'm asking you...if you can...please just stand :) ye jo desh hai tera...
