A short vacation to Ranthambore and Bharatpur in Rajasthan...! - 2
The forest life is full of little things that make your visit worth it...there are hundreds and thousands of deer, nil gai and sambar in the forest. The animals have an unwritten code that allows them to coexist.

We had a brief view of "Jai" above...i found it interesting that the forest department names their tigers and number tags them. The tigers keep moving between the different zones [10 buffer zones in all] and are usually very difficult to track. They are no longer fitted with radio collars and are not chip tagged...this is done to facilitate mating and to prevent the poachers from finding them with relative ease. I guess a state can be analyzed from how well it takes care of its animals...w hope that the tiger conservation efforts continue and that the forest department continues to do a fabulous job as they have in the past.
The Club Mahindra facility still has a few things to make operational...i wish them luck for all future endeavors.
